Per the UCC Ordinance of 2020, any resident building or updating a structure that would require a permit through the Uniform Construction Code will need to submit a permit application to the Township Secretary. Land Use Permit Application

Before a building permit can be obtained from the township Code Enforcement Officer, a land use permit must be obtained from the township. Below is a copy of the Land Use Permit Application. Please complete the form and return it with the $50 application fee to the township office at

Building Permit Application

Once a land use permit is issued by the Township the resident may apply for a building permit through the township Code Enforcement Officer, Commonwealth Code Inspection Services (CCIS). The application below may be submitted to CCIS at:
